They did a phenomenal job of marketing our property using experienced and talented photographers and videographers. They staged our home beautifully and when our buyers agent tried to pull some shenanigans they held them feet to the fire and were able to close the deal faster than anticipated.

They have experience as bankers and loan specialists so can truly vet buyers and keep track of financing progress. They are also trainers/educators in real estate law so know exactly what can and should be done vs. much of the illegal and unethical activity that goes on with real estate transactions.
