Allenie and I want to thank you for all the work you did to sell our home and solve so many problems on the way to closing the sale of house, which was made so much more complex because it was on leased land.

I think we must have had a record number of dead escrows (5?) before you finally found a willing and qualified buyer. It is thanks to your extraordinary efforts that we were finally able to sell our home of 40 years and move near our daughter.
