We moved to Orange County, CA nearly 20 years ago, and as we began establishing our foundations, it was clear that we had made the best decision. Despite having only recently moved from overseas, Orange County provided us the safe and positive environment that all parents hope to raise their families in. Couple this atmosphere with the beauty and serenity of the Southern California landscape, and you can see how the allure of Orange County, CA would entice any individual. Whether you’re already living in this beautiful county, or if you are considering a move, 3 factors remain at the top of our minds when thinking about OC:
1. Orange County Safety Ratings
Those who live in Orange County already experience the high safety rankings that so many cities hold. Currently, OC remains one of the safest counties in the country, as more than five cities make it to the Top 50 safest in the nation. From Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and other upstanding communities, it is no wonder that the area remains a popular moving destination.
2. School System is Unmatched
Aside from being home to the world class safety ratings, Orange County also dominates in regards to the school system the prestigious University of California, Irvine, ranked 39th in the nation amongst universities. Additionally, with some of the highest ranking elementary and high schools in the country, Orange County’s school system is a major plus for those looking to raise families.
