For those of us living in Orange County, we know there isn’t a lack of scenic views. With beaches and mountains just a stone’s throw (no pun intended), OC is known for some of the most breathtaking views in California (and arguably, the world). This list of night views in Orange County are sure to leave you awestruck after your first visit.
Top of the World Park – Laguna Beach
Number one on our list is a community-favorite, and has a renown location. Nestled at the very peak of Laguna Beach, finding your way up the winding roads can be confusing for first-timers. Not to mention that the GPS sometimes gives you an entirely different location (learned this one the hard way).
The views once you get to the top are unmatched entirely. Walk out to the top of the cliff, and you come face to face with one of the most scenic panorama views you could imagine.
Turtle Rock Viewpoint Trail – Irvine
Another of our favorite night views in Orange County, is located in Irvine’s Turtle Rock neighborhood. Although it’s quite a trek to the top (let’s just say you can’t see the top of the steps from the bottom), it all becomes worth it as soon as you get to the peak. At the top, you’ll find a bench that is usually occupied, but if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to sit and relax after your journey up.
Crescent Bay – Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach is known for its beauty, no matter where you go, or what you do. Crescent Bay boasts one of the best night views in Orange County, and probably the entire California coast, and serves as an amazing photo-op area. Easier than the previous two views to get to, Crescent Bay Park is right off PCH, just before downtown Laguna.
Hilltop Park – Signal Hill
Although a bit of a stretch, and not necessarily in OC, if you’re near Long Beach look no further than Hilltop Park. Located in Signal Hill, Hilltop Park is one of the most-loved night views for locals. This one is a bit more of a hike, but the view is one that is absolutely unforgettable.
